| REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION
The first step is to search our inventory for an apartment that fits your requirements. After you have found your desired accommodation place you’re booking request. Requests for the information can be made by the phone, by simply sending an e-mail or by filling the special form available online. Once availability is confirmed, if you are agree with our offer and would like to confirm our booking, you will have 48 hours in which to make the advanced payment and send us a notification by e-mail. If we haven’t received the booking deposit within this time, your request will be automatically cancelled. When you make a reservation through Kiev2rent.com, the rates that you see on the web site (and the booking form) at the time you make the booking are the rates which we apply and confirm to you. If there are any unforeseen changes or problems with your reservation, we will automatically contact you first for your approval/instructions, before arranging a reservation for you.
BOOKINGS
- Advanced payments can be made by Western Union Money Transfer or Moneygram.
- Once your payment has been recorded, we will mark the flat as booked up. Afterwards you will receive written confirmation (confirmation voucher) of your booking together with the address of your apartment and instructions for checking-in. Once you have received confirmation of your booking, please inform us of your expected time of arrival at the apartment, or let us know if you require a car service from the airport to the apartment.
- If you wish to alter your booking (e.g. change the dates of your stay or the accommodation requested), we will use all our efforts to comply with your request, however you will be obliged to pay any additional expenses that are incurred as a result (e.g. cancellation fees payable to the apartment houses). In addition, we may charge, at our discretion, an amendment fee of to cover the necessary administrative costs incurred.
- If your choices are not available, we will suggest alternatives in the same price category and area of the city. In the event that the apartment of your choice is fully booked at the time of submitting your reservation request, we will endeavor to offer you an alternative apartment of similar price, quality and location. We will of course not proceed with an alternative reservation without your prior approval.
The number of guests must conform to the number indicated on the reservation form. If there are changes in this number, the agency must confirm the change with the location.
All apartments have a Check in time of 2PM; if you arrive before 2PM and your apartment is ready you are more than welcome to check in. If we have guests checking out we need a few hours to clean the apartment so check in will be around 2PM. You can leave your luggage with our driver and spend a nice time in the cozy lounge bar with the friendly stuff of our company.
If we have no guests checking in to your apartment you are more than welcome to stay until your flight time. Let us know if you require a late check out and we'll let you know if it is possible.
PRICES
- Prices, given in Euros, are intended per night, per apartment and include linen and towels (changed on a weekly basis); the use of fully equipped kitchens (for apartment rentals); all utilities (electricity, gas, heating water and air conditioning).
- For weekly prices, a week is intended to cover seven nights.
- The minimum stay is five nights but if you like to stay less, we will be happy to organize it with the owner of apartment. We do our best but the decision will be always with the owners of apartments.
CANCELLATIONS
The following penalties will be applied for cancellation or date changes:
- Up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival date – 20% of the total amount for the stay.
- From19 to7 days before the scheduled arrival date – 30% of the total amount for the stay.
- Less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date – 50% of the total amount for the stay.
Should you decide not to accept our proposal and where it is not possible for the association to provide alternative accommodation to suit your requirements, you will be refunded of the entire advance payment. If the client cancels 3 months prior to the arrival date, the landlord will refund the total amount of the reservation, minus expenses (up to 20%).
Cancellation by the company: In the unlikely event of the reservation being cancelled by the company a refund of all monies paid by the client will be made. The company accepts no further liability in this regard. The client understands and accepts this. If the booking is cancelled by the association, we will take care to inform you immediately of the fact and propose alternative accommodation for you of equal or higher level.
SERVICE
Kiev2rent.com cannot be held responsible for any failure or interruption of services to the apartment, including electricity and water or any damage, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the property.
Collection/delivery of keys and check-ins are during normal office hours. However, if we have sufficient prior notice we can arrange out of hour’s key collection at most apartment locations. Details of office hours and key arrangements for your apartment location are available on request.

We are regret that pets are not allowed in our apartments. |
